Carol's recuperating from surgery

Don't know if many of you know, but Carol had neck surgery this morning at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. So far, neurosurgeons said everything went fine and there were no surprises. She should be home middle of the week, we think. She started having weird headaches a few months ago and those progressed to numbness, tingling, bizarre sensations on her entire left side....doctors said calcium deposits were pinching her spinal cord in the neck.

She'll be recuperating at home until January and no doubt would appreciate cards and funny stuff. 130 E. Wayne, Celina, OH 45822.

P.S. Hopper surprised Carol and Tom by booking a room NEXT DOOR to them in the hotel that the hospital uses to house patients scheduled for surgery the next morning. You're a Mensch, Hopper man.
